This policy explains how Mel's Wellness ("we," "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit www.melswellness.com, contact us or book an appointment.
Information we collect
- Information you give us — your name, phone number, email address and appointment details when you call, text, email or book with us.
- Booking information — online appointments are handled by Square at melswellnessmb.square.site. Information you enter there is collected and processed by Square under Square's Privacy Notice.
- Information collected automatically — when you browse the site, we and our partners may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the site that referred you, and actions such as clicking a phone, text or booking link.
Cookies and tracking pixels
We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site and to measure and improve our advertising. These may include:
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) — records visits and actions on our site so we can measure the results of our ads and show relevant ads to people who have visited. Meta processes this data under its Privacy Policy.
- Google Analytics — helps us understand site traffic and which pages are useful. Google processes this data under its Privacy Policy.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, adjust your ad preferences in your Meta Accounts Center, and opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Contact and booking forms
This site does not currently host its own contact form. When you book through Square, call, text or email us, we use the details you provide only to respond, schedule and manage your appointments. Health information you share at intake is kept confidential and is not used for advertising.

Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
